Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 block feta cheese (about 200g)
  • 1 cup mixed olives, pitted (green and black for variety)
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (preferably in oil)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like basil or parsley) for garnish (optional)

Method

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the block of feta cheese at the center.
  3. Scatter the olives and chopped sun-dried tomatoes around the feta. Drizzle the olive oil over everything, and sprinkle the dried oregano, along with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes. The feta should be soft and slightly golden.
  5. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm with crackers, bread, or veggie sticks.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different types of olives or add spices like crushed red pepper. Substitute cherry tomatoes if sun-dried tomatoes are unavailable. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
