  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon capers, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all the ingredients listed above to ensure everything is ready and at room temperature.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, horseradish sauce, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well blended.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, chopped capers, hot sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well to incorporate all the flavors.
  4. Taste the sauce and add salt and pepper as needed. Adjust the level of hot sauce to suit your taste preferences.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. Serve as a dip or dressing.

Notes

Customize the recipe by experimenting with additional spices like smoked paprika or fresh herbs. For a thinner consistency, add a touch of water or additional lemon juice. Don't skip the chilling step for enhanced flavor.
