Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
- Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan. In a small bowl, combine additional sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle it generously over the top of the batter.
Baking
- Place the loaf in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days or freeze for up to 2-3 months. Reheat slices in the microwave for 20–30 seconds or in the oven at 350°F until warm.
