Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded or diced Use rotisserie chicken for a shortcut.
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend) Choose your favorite cheese.
  • 12 pieces slider buns
For assembly
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted For brushing the buns.
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional green onions, jalapeños, or other toppings Customize your sliders.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken and ranch dressing. Mix until the chicken is well-coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half, keeping the top and bottom halves together. Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
Assembly
  1. Spread the chicken mixture over the bottom buns evenly. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
  2. Place the top half of the slider buns on the cheese layer.
  3. Brush the melted butter over the top of the buns for added flavor and a golden color.
Baking
  1. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Once out of the oven, slice the sliders and serve hot. Enjoy every bite!

Notes

Leftover sliders can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until warmed through.
